The ZJQ submersible slurry pump is a specialized hydraulic machine where the motor and water pump are coaxially submerged into the medium. It is engineered for conveying liquids containing solid particles like sand, coal slag, and tailings. It serves as an ideal substitute for traditional mud pumps in metallurgy, mining, and thermal power plant operations.
In addition to the main impeller, a set of stirring impellers are integrated at the bottom. This allows the pump to spray deposited sludge into a turbulent flow, achieving high-concentration transportation without requiring auxiliary devices.
