The XD series vacuum pump is a single-stage rotary vane vacuum pump with a simple structure, easy operation, and convenient maintenance. It can operate continuously within the range of 101325~10Pa (A). It is a widely used basic equipment for obtaining vacuum in various industrial processes.

1) The eccentric rotor is installed inside the pump chamber (stator), with slots where vanes slide freely.
2) The rotor divides the internal space into three chambers; volume changes as the rotor rotates.
3) Gas entering the intake chamber is compressed and discharged through the exhaust valve.
4) Injected oil seals, lubricates, and cools. Compressed gas drives the oil to the tank for separation.
5) Float valves ensure consistent oil circulation based on pressure differences, maintaining system vacuum.
Standard Corrosion Resistance: Overcurrent components made of nickel phosphorus alloy or PTFE coating. Sealing features PTFE and labyrinth designs for chemical engineering and pharmaceutical requirements.
High-End Durability: Components made of Stainless Steel (S304/S316L) for highly corrosive environments, including the pump casing, partition, and rotor.
