The electric pump is composed of a pump body, a seal, an electric motor, and a cooling water jacket. The electric motor is located in the upper part of the electric pump, which is a three-phase asynchronous motor structure. The pump body is located in the lower part of the electric pump, which is a multi-stage centrifugal impeller radial guide vane structure with high head and small size.
Two independent mechanical seals are used between the pump body and the motor. O-shaped oil resistant rubber sealing rings are used as static seals at each fixed stop seal. The outer shell of the electric motor has a steel cooling water jacket. When the electric pump is working, the water flow passes through the gap between the water jacket and the electric motor, which has a good cooling effect on the motor and bearing oil.
Therefore, the upper part of the pump can work above the water surface. The electric pump shaft is treated with hard chromium, which is not easy to wear and corrode, and is easy to repair and disassemble the impeller. The QXN type electric pump motor with a power output of 9.2KW or below is equipped with a protection device, which can cut off the power supply to protect the motor in case of abnormal conditions such as high temperature, overload, and phase imbalance.
