🚀 Product Description
The IMD Series magnetic force drive pumps are designed for high power and high head applications. Manufactured in conformity with ISO international standards for design, performance, and dimensions, the structure features a compact close-coupled pattern. This design ensures that dismantling, assembly, and maintenance are convenient for the user.
Key Technology: We utilize high-powered "Nd Fe boron" magnetism for internal and external magnets. The magnet capsule is assembled using Thermoplastic (FEP, PFA), providing high strength and preventing magnetism loss while enhancing overall machine efficiency.
Performance Capability: It can transport strong corrosive media with density up to 1.84t/m³. Primary parts are constructed from cast iron and Thermoplastic (FEP, PFA), allowing the pump body to resist corrosion from strong acids and alkalis. It is specifically suited for transporting combustible, explosive, poisonous, or volatile chemical media with high specific gravity.
🎯 Application & Usage
Applicable for pumping and transporting acidic and alkaline liquids, oils, rare expensive liquids, poisonous fluids, and volatile liquids. It is an ideal solution for water circulation equipment, especially where flammable or explosive liquid transportation is required.
