Hybrid Liquid Ring-Roots industrial diaphragm Vacuum Pump for High Volume Applications

HBE liquid-ring vacuum pump is an energy-saving product developed to pump gas which carries no solids undissolved or just slightly dissolved in working liquid, to form vacuum and pressure in the closed container.

Working Principle

The impeller is assembled eccentrically inside the casing. When the impeller revolves, the liquid is thrown outwards under centrifugal force to form a liquid ring rotating concentrically with the casing. A crescent pocket area is developed between the hub and the inner surface of the liquid ring. As rotation proceeds, the pockets become larger (creating a vacuum to draw gas in) and then smaller (compressing the gas for discharge).

1. Packing Seal

An economical and practical shaft seal often used in large-sized pumps. It offers two cooling ways: internal and external water supply. When external water supply is adopted, the pump must be connected with cooling water before operation.

Provides sealing reliability and a long service life. It features a non-balanced, compact structure and typically uses self-cooling (internal water supply) without requiring external cooling water.
