We provide professional export plywood packing for all our pump products to ensure safety during transport.
What is the standard manufacturing lead time?
It depends on the order quantity and specific pump types. Normally, the manufacturing process takes between 30 to 120 days.
What are your preferred payment terms?
Normally, we require a 30% T/T payment in advance, with the remaining 70% paid before shipment. We also accept L/C at sight.
What materials are used in the construction of these pumps?
We utilize high-grade materials including Ni-Hard alloy, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 304L, 316L, 904L, CD4MCu, 2507 double-phase steel, Monel alloy, Titanium, and Nickel alloys.
What is the warranty period for the products?
We provide a 12-month warranty after commissioning or 18 months after delivery, whichever comes first.
What is the driving type and temperature range?
The pumps are motor-driven. Standard operating temperatures range from -20℃ to +180℃, with centerline support options handling up to +450℃.
