What kind of product packaging do you offer?
We provide standard export plywood packing for all our pumps to ensure safety during international transportation.
How long does it take to receive a quotation?
We usually provide a detailed quotation within 24 hours after receiving your inquiry. For urgent requests, please contact us directly.
What are your standard payment terms?
Normally, we require a 30% T/T deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% paid before shipment. We also accept L/C at sight.
What materials are available for your pump products?
We offer a wide range of materials including Stainless Steel SUS304/316L, FRPP, PVDF, Cast Iron, Aluminum Alloy, and Copper Alloy.
What is the typical manufacturing lead time?
Production time depends on order quantity and pump specifications, typically ranging from 30 to 120 days.
Can the voltage and frequency be customized?
Yes, we can customize the voltage (e.g., 380V) and frequency (50/60Hz) to meet the specific electrical requirements of your project.
