BB series Chemical Pump

The BB series chemical pump is a centrifugal pump designed specifically for harsh working conditions such as chemical and petroleum industries. It is divided into five models, BB1 to BB5, according to standards, each with its own focus.

BB1 series chemical pump

Typical applications: Lean solution pump, rich solution pump, and hydraulic turbine in large-scale synthetic ammonia plants, and main pump for pipeline transportation in crude oil or refined oil transportation projects.

Structural features: Axial splitting, single-stage or two-stage, volute shell type, supported at both ends, easy to maintain.

Performance: flow rate up to 5500 m³/h, head 550 m, speed 3580 r/min, working pressure 5.17 MPa (G).

Typical applications: High temperature tower bottom pumps, semi lean liquid pumps and rich methanol pumps in coal chemical units.

Application scope: Refining, petrochemical, coal chemical, natural gas processing. It can transport corrosive media with solid particles.

BB3 series chemical pump

Typical applications: Heavy industry scenarios such as petroleum refining, chemical processing, energy production.

Structural features: Axial splitting, symmetrical layout of multi-stage impellers, dual suction design, high flow rate, high pressure output.

Performance: Flow rate of 17-1250 m³/h, head of 21-2083 m, temperature range of -80 ℃ to 200 ℃.
