SV Oil Lubrication Single Stage Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump:
The SV oil lubricated single rotary vane vacuum pump is a new style multi-function vacuum equipment. Developed by absorbing advanced international technologies, it offers advantages such as long service life design, high vacuum degree, environmental protection, and complete specifications.
An eccentric mounting rotor rotates inside the pump, forming centrifugal force that drives vanes close to the pump wall. The vanes divide the pump body and rotor into multiple working chambers. When a chamber connects to the inlet, it suctions gas. As the vanes continue rotating, the gas is compressed into the oil tank. Lubricating oil and extracted gas enter the tank where an exhaust filter separates the oil. The oil recycles back to the working chamber, and oilless gas exhausts to the atmosphere.
